Title: Bally 831 and 831-H models Post by: David B Fowler on March 09, 2013, 12:04:49 PM I have a 831-H and am buying a 831 working all the way, today. My -H machine is not paying right and I am not sure where the problem is so I am wondering..... Is it possible to just swap out the reel bundles and hoppers between the two machines to try to pinpoint my -H machines problems? Dont want to try it if there is a possibility of causing further damage.
Next question .... will the quarter hopper do nickles and if it can what parts will need to be changed in it. I also know I will need to change the coin mech as well. I have a quarter machine and want to have a nickle for my collection. Thanks in advance to all that reply. Post your symptoms, and maybe we can all help figure it out, which in the long run may be easier.
2. No, I don't think so as is. You probably need a nickel disc and knife. Check with our wonderful vendors. |
