Thanks guys!!!  the problem/issue is resolved, as i thought, it was my error....seems i was pushing the diagnostic button toooo soon, as soon as the call attendant message appeared...geesh, you would think that that wouldnt have shown up until the machine was completely ready to be set...i guess i'm just a little too impatient?

anyways...if anyone else has this issue, i hope it comes in handy

I was trying to install a different game on my bluebird1...i used the ram clear 1350,.sorry...i changed the clear number to the right one.... when the machine told me to, i shut down and put in the 2 cards

the machine boots up, pretty much like it's supposed to, but i get an error that the denomination and payscale is not set up...i am set up as iowa jurisdiction

i have several options to choose from when i do a keyflick, but none of them go to the part where info is put in...all i get is information about accounting, diagnostics, history and setup...none of those boxes allow me to input anything...

i went as far as putting the old game back in, and im right back where i was...denomination, payscale ect not set

can anyone help please...can even take a phone call if you want to make it easier on me!!!!  thanks!!!
