Title: Swapping a WBA12 to a WBA13, machine shows comm error Post by: Amachanic on April 07, 2013, 05:08:37 PM I have a question... I picked up two WBA13 bill acceptors to replace my WBA12's.. When I installed it and powered up my S2K, the acceptor didn't cycle or light up.. The display then said comm error bill acceptor? Do I need to flip any switches on the WBA13? They look to be all in the off position as are the ones on my WBA12 I removed? Both of them give me the same error message, that's why I think I need so do something for the machine to recognize the WBA13 Bill Acceptor..

IGT takes Id 024. Try swapping from you old acceptor. I bought these so I didn't have to send the whole WBA12 acceptor in the be re-flashed since they don't have the EPROM chip. I guess I can do them up with the 3.75 software, since I don't have 3.80.
