Title: Bally 6000 Error 23 and 50.29 Post by: Lax81 on April 10, 2013, 04:32:35 AM I am still having an issue with my Bally's 6000. I have replaced the coin comparator and coin optics board but I still am getting a 23 and 50.29 error message that I can't get around. I'm not sure what to do. Help!
The previous owner assured me that after he replaced the battery, all that needed to be done was a safeRAM clear and the errors would be corrected....clearly not the case. Title: Re: Bally 6000 Error 23 and 50.29 Post by: DF777 on April 10, 2013, 07:11:12 PM I have only had slots for about 3 months but I had a similar problem with the CC and it ended up that the prism was missing from the bracket. You probably should have replied to your first posting instead of adding, that way the experts can see your history. The 29 is a new for you problem,may be just a matter of slamming the cash can on closing the cash can door. CC problems were originally 24 and now 23 has to be in the wiring as you replaced the optics board,that is as long as the replacement board is good. Try another post and give the full history.Good luck |
