Title: Install a bill validator in my S2000 Post by: Nurbo on April 21, 2013, 06:01:04 PM Hello,
I want to install a bill validator in my S2000. I think I need ID024 and preferably 2x WBA because it must read the Euros. I think the wiring in the machine at the location of BV is strange, 2 red and black cables cut. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/BV_wiring.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/BV_wiring.jpg) What do you think about this wiring ? Title: Re: Install a bill validator in my S2000 Post by: brianfink on April 25, 2013, 10:24:07 AM It looks like you are missing the plug for the power (the red and black wires that are cut and wrapped) but it could be spliced. I may be wrong but I always thought you needed a UBA to take Euros.

Except the plug for the power, the wiring seems to be alright ? Thanks ! Just make shure when you order it that you get the full unit with stacker and caseing with IGT wireing harness.

Title: Re: Install a bill validator in my S2000 Post by: Nurbo on May 23, 2013, 05:06:42 PM Hello !
At last, I got my bill validator and its Bezel. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140154_TH.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140154.JPG) It is an ARDAC 5. It is an old model but it was not expensive and it works well. I easilly succeded in making the installation, the S2000 helps well in this case. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140175_TH.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140175.JPG) However, there is a litlle problem…The bezell does not light. I know that it is not really useful, but… Find below the harness that plugs on the bezel. There are 4 wires, from left to right: - Red - Red / Blue - Black / Yellow - Yellow / Black If i am looking at the wires’ way, the 2 red ones (from left to right) are going to a card at the back of the CPU tray. The two other ones, black and yellow, are going to the back of the BV. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140179_TH.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140179.JPG) The two black and yellow wires that are coming from the door’s bezel are arriving at the back of the BV. Find below : the plug that is situated at the bottom of the pics. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140177_TH.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140177.JPG) Below, the data sheet of the ARDAC 5 model and I can not see where the black and yellow wires can be pluged in. (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/ardac-connector.jpg) Finally, on the bezel’s card , can you tell me where is the power ? (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140184_TH.jpg) (http://www.subaudio.org/flipjuke/MAS/P1140184.JPG) You also find the full datasheet here : http://www.money-controls.de/manuals/wacs/44x500R4_ARDAC5_spec_adj_manual1.pdf (http://www.money-controls.de/manuals/wacs/44x500R4_ARDAC5_spec_adj_manual1.pdf) Thanks a lot ! |
