It's like someone is turning the on/off switch as fast as they can ... click click click click click click ... until of course I turn it off again. You can see all the lights coming on with each click and going right back off again with the next click. By the way, the "click" is the sound coming from the speaker, which I usually get when I first turn it on.

Just a few things to look at...
