Title: enhanced board reset Post by: scratchee35 on May 31, 2013, 12:19:45 PM Good morning!!
i am trying to set up an enhanced board machine...i cannot get into the accounting part of the setup 7.1.1 i believe...i want the machine to accept quarters, and give me 25 credits. i can get into the 7.2 part for the coin denomination setup... i do this all the time with the regular boards, but cant with this enhanced for some reason am using the 224 and 45 clear chips...one right after the other the chips seem to be working, as i have cleared 1 other enhanced board, and was able to get into the accounting part to set it up as a quarter machine im sure im doing something dumb, i just dont know what! lol thanks for everyones help!!! If you still have any credits you will not be able to change anything in the 7.-- area. An R board would require a different Clear/Key chip...

the sg's are 598 with "L" in the far right corners... the version is vs009sxo with a "R" in the far right corner the dsp is dspl0002 with a "R" in the far right corner this means i need a different clear chip? thanks!!! oops...i forgot the sb is 100927 with an "L" in the right hand corner game is a 5 reel 9 line triple red hot 7 Title: Re: enhanced board reset Post by: idesign on May 31, 2013, 04:41:20 PM Why are you using 598? The PSR says is must be used with VS011GX0 or VS011GX1.
Title: Re: enhanced board reset Post by: scratchee35 on May 31, 2013, 04:44:44 PM ok..here is the modified version...
its working!!!! reading down, youll see i changed the version chip...then i got the blinking light...well, just like i used to tell my ex-wife, if i push hard enough it will go...i didnt have the board in all the way i guess...anyways, after getting that, i redid the chips, and now it works!!! still not sure if i should have chnged to the sg363 but i can do that at a later time if needed thanks again for everyone's help...is very appreciated!!! lol..coz those are what was on the board when i got the machine goofy!! the machine works great with these chips so i left them alone...all i wanted to do is make it a penny machine using quarters to give 25 credits for each coin drop...i do that to the regular boards all the time, and then put a quarter or nickle hopper in them ill see if i have the chips you listed, if not ill scrounge for them i guess if i have them, ill change and do the reset, then ill post the results thanks!!! ps....i found a 11gx1 chip...should i change the sg chips out to 363, like i normally use for a regular board or will the 598's be good? oh boy...what did i do now??? all i did was changed to the 224 clear chip, and the version chip...when i turn the machine on, the 2 greens are lit immediately, but the next yellow is flashing...probabably not a good sign lol S |
