Title: Customizing- Entering the name on my cash out tickets Post by: cabrunet on June 02, 2013, 09:00:24 PM Can someone help? I have a ticket printer enabled. I press SPIN REELS to get to the data entry screen, but nothing happens.
Machine is on, there are no coin credits, door is closed, locked. Am I doing something wrong to get the data entry screen. Do I need to press something inside? I just cannot get to the Data Entry screen. thanks. If you don't have a key chip, post a wanted to buy ad here on the site in the classifieds section and make sure to ask for instructions or start a new post here and people will help. Do you have the necessary equipment required to redeem the tickets back to the machine? Or are you just wanting to print souvenirs?

From there I could get to address 1, address 2, and name. But, all I could enter was BBB111 (which is not what I wanted). I put a dollar in my machine, cashed out and low and behold the ticket printed with the info BBB111. I am able to print a ticket and i serve as the cashier or banker (redeemer) for myself and/or my husband. Thanks. Just make sure the machine has zero credits on it.
