Title: 1890 Steamer Trunk project. Slot stand perhaps? Post by: Harvs on June 28, 2013, 05:50:49 PM Saved a few Steamer Trunks from the dump a few days ago. I plan on using the flat top trunk as a slot stand seeing I am out of space :25-. I will obviously strengthen the inside with a temp brace while the slot sits on top. (Dimensions: 34" wide, 20.5" deep, 22" tall w/out feet)
-Had this appraised, as it sits it's worth around $75. Redone with all original parts etc, they run $500-$750. Crazy.. Here's the before pictures. Hopefully in the next week or 2 I will post the minty rehabbed trunk ready to be crushed by a slot.. :88- Harvey |
