I have a Sigma SG-60C and have been getting a hopper error and a tilt message. I have observed the hopper as it functions and notice the coins getting jammed between the small post on the hopper platter and the knife blade. I have attached a photo to help explain. Is that determined by the spacing between the posts. I just bought this machine yesterday. It seems like the previous owner Would have had trouble with this machine running quarters through it With a hopper configuration for dollar coins. Do you know what I would have to do to configure the Hopper to a quarter pinwheel. you will need a Sigma pin wheel. But getting a complete hopper may cost more but will be less trouble to find than a pin wheel and get spare parts as well. |
