how are you getting the odd amounts?

I suspect it is the BV misreading the bar code!

yes i am using a progressive and using tito...... the denom on the machine is set to $5 so it def wont accept dollar bills or tickets below $5 ......i cant remember if i disabled the change feature on the tickets and i dont remember where that feature is........ i could of sworn there was a feature where it wont let you insert tickets that are not divided by the denom set amount......

If using Betteor Tito, the accounting denomination needs to be set at 1 cent in order to accept tickets with odd penney amounts.  Only problem there, those meters can get noisy with all that work they will be doing.

He's wanting to set it so it WON'T accept tickets with odd amounts.
Staz, can you set the percentage on the progressive so that you don't end up with odd amounts in the first place? It's afive dollar machine so set the progressive percent at 20%

Are you saying if you put in $100.00 in the machine  with 0 $ or cents left in it from before and don't play it . Then cash it out . There are pennies or cents on your ticket  and the $100.00 ?  Or are you saying with no $ or cents in the machine then add $100.00 then play it . Then cash out and there are Pennies in the cash out slip  ?

im  saying with no $ or cents in the machine then add $100.00 then play it . Then cash out and there are Pennies in the cash out slip at times not always happened about 4 times.....the machine will not accept any tickets that are not multiple of $5...... like f i have a $7 ticket it wont accept it or a $5.04 ticket it wont accept it....

7.2.3.3 Change Voucher:
Determines if the game accepts vouchers that are
not divisible by the accounting denomination. If this option is enabled and
the voucher is not divisible by the accounting denomination, the amount in
accounting units (AUTs) is directed to the credit meter, and a voucher is
printed for the fractional amount. If this option is disabled, the game rejects
any voucher with an amount that is not in whole AUTs.
