Title: Re: Door open "L" error?? Post by: brianfink on July 13, 2013, 10:43:12 AM Look for 2 wires I think they are blue and black running off the cage into your backplane just unplug the connector from the backplane
Title: Re: Door open "L" error?? Post by: harp on July 13, 2013, 11:10:28 AM Sorry but cannot just unplug from the Back Plane Board, you will still have Door Open L
You can disconnect from the Bank Plane if you insert a Jumper into the location, or the easier thing to do is to move the wire on the switch over a leg to normally closed configuration Title: Re: Door open "L" error?? Post by: brianfink on July 13, 2013, 12:06:54 PM All I know is I have a few machines that don't have a logic door switch at all, maybe if you ram clear and reboot, without the switch hooked up ,it ignores the logic switch?
Title: Re: Door open "L" error?? Post by: Magicslots on July 13, 2013, 12:18:01 PM I replaced the jumper plug on the backplane, and :50- poof problem solved.

Post by: harp on July 13, 2013, 04:09:57 PM Brainfink, if you remove your MPU and look at the connector on the Back Plane Board you will see that there is a Jumper inserted, this bypasses the L Door Switch
