Title: How to change plug for bill acceptor? Post by: ukulele on July 17, 2013, 04:43:22 AM I picked up an old 13" slant top game king with the bill acceptor in the upper box. Unfortunately, the machine tried to escape by jumping the 36" off my tailgate only to sprain itself and couldn't go any further. It didn't even break the glass. It did however almost remove the top, tore the arm rest off, and broke the plug that the bill acceptor plugs into. The problem is that I can't find a way to get to the plug that is of course screwed in place from behind. The Black plastic surface the bill acceptor slides on looks like it should move up and then come out. Only the right side will move and the left side won't move. I can't figure out how to get to the plug. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Philip Title: Re: How to change plug for bill acceptor? Post by: ukulele on July 17, 2013, 05:35:21 AM I found some file here on the NLG and it looks like the machine may be a 13" Edge Plus slant top. It has a 3900 motherboard. I still can't see a way to get to the plug behind the WBA.
