got a s2000 that has to go out by fri   can,t get close  main door to go away
so far we by passed optics
changed mpu
changed mother board
changed  small board on side of mpu

There is a plug for the optics located behind the reels.
Is it connected?  :103-

yes  its is and tested from that point with a meter

Swap the door I/O....hell swap them both, one at a time. I can't find my notes on it, but it's easy enough to give it a shot.

I,ll try it   , if I don,t get it working wife will never shop a slot  before I have it running

Oh you can't even BEGIN to clean them up before they are up....it's a tried and true jinx!  :89- :89- Cleaning or SELLING it before its up and running good are the 2 worst curses you can put on a machine!  :72-

shhhh  don,t tell my wife that,  when we pulled game from warehouse it had door open  , was was hope it just needed a bypass ,  any how it was 2 bad mpu  boards  game is now running  I know at one time someone  wrote about a trace under green battery  for optic,s  I just need to find that post

you said you found your issue was a bad mpu but i figured i'd toss this in too...always check the belly door switch if fighting door m issues on an upright IGT machine.  good luck and good sales!!

belly  switch was  jumped already.  sales have been good  for summer time,  and we have labor day weekend coming up we always sell a few  retail priced slots  that weekend,  ,we are saving up for our tunica ms trip in sept
