I took a Sigma video poker in trade for free and it shows all queens of spades on the screen and it sounds like an error bell is sounding. The model is Sigma PT-2-1. Any ideas of where to start would be appeciated. Thanks for any help.

are any of the buttons lit when you open the door?

Access the Last Game Menu
Actuate the RESET keyswitch. The Main Menu screen displays.
Use the appropriate illuminated deck buttons (see Access the
Main Menu in this module) to select “LAST GAME MENU” from the
main menu. The Last Game Menu screen below replaces the Main
Menu

View Malfunction & Security Status (Last/Previous Game)
Access the Last Game Menu. Use the appropriate illuminated
deck buttons (see Access the Main Menu in this module) to select
“MALFUNCTION & SECURITY STATUS” from the Last Game Menu.
The Malfunction & Security screen displays.
