And no identifiers on the glass anywhere? I don't mean like the name of the game, but a name of a manufacturer.

I can ask my husband tonight, but if Foxsslots says its not a V2000, then it may be one of the "not so common" manufacturers....like CEI, Summit, or Games of Nevada?

You need to figure out what kind of machine you have before anyone can help you with the Error. I would start looking in the Video Slots - Gaming Machines board and most likely you'll find some clues there.
