Title: Epic 950 only printing half a ticket Post by: managerstatus on August 14, 2013, 12:25:25 PM I have a Ithaca Epic 950 printer. It only prints half the ticket. Whats wrong with it?? Its cleaned and set right in the machine. Any tips or ideas?
Title: Re: Epic 950 only printing half a ticket Post by: cowboygames on August 14, 2013, 04:25:31 PM It's possible your thermal head is failing. Do you have another head you can swap out? You might also try a different pad of tickets but it's a very slim possibility on that.
Title: Printer only printing half of the ticket Post by: managerstatus on August 26, 2013, 03:39:11 PM This is happening in my Mark 6 Aristocrats. Epic 950 printers. The last 4 machines on the bank. All is well in the Player tracking side and machine settings. The ticket only prints the first half and then the rest is blank, for a cashout and a test print. But when I press the FEED button on the printer to get a direct print test it prints fully. Whats going on???
