Title: I-Game Setup Sheet Needed...
Post by: Amachanic on August 16, 2013, 01:24:34 AM
Does anyone know if there is a cheat sheet posted here to help setting up the I-Games? I have one for doing the S2000 slots.. I must be doing something wrong, because my bill validator won't accept any bills? It cycles and lights up but that all.. I think I have the credit limits set right, but I must have missed something, or messed something up??   :99-

Thanks Gary

On the older style OS sets of I+ software the DEFAULT BV limit is $10.00, in the menu you can set to 999.00 max I believe on that set of Tabasco you have (it is in Dollars I believe not credits). Newer games that have Multi Denom set up all on the one page don't do this (known as MD3 OS) but the older Single Denom and Multi Denom that has 3 pages for set up has to be changed to accept larger bills. It is a shame the seller of that software isn't helping you out on this issue!

Gary  I Games don't all set up the same way, you just kind of have to wing it. When you do a clear and are in Key menu you MUST set the accounting denom. Now if you have a multi denom game set, it needs to be set.  Two ways you have to set the multi deom that I can think of. First way is after you set the accounting, the box on your lower left on the monitor, touch that box and then you will get the different denom you wish to set. Yellow box is set and red is not set.. Some games the second way is set the accounting deno then go to next page and pick from the red and yellow boxes. Now that's all I can think of that needs set in key menu, so touch exit key menu or close the main door. Wait a while until machine boots up for play, now press the MPU test button go into Set up, go into Machine Options, go into limits and set hopper to zero, credit limit to a real high number, set  BV to 3000, Last I always set Jackpot real high because I'll never hit the damn thing anyway.  Your done, close the door and it should be ready to go.

If this doesn't work I'll dig out Tabasco this weekend and write down step by step what it takes to key it.

Ok,
Jim and Buzz this is what was found to be wrong in my setup of my I-Game that caused my Bill Validator not to accept money... During my attempt in setting up my I-Game in the Bill Validator Options section, I went in under Bill Changer Mode and had it enabled instead or disabled.. I just figured it had to be enabled because it has something to do with the Bill Validator. Once it was disabled the Bill Validator is taking all denoms of paper money again.. I want to thanks Cartman765 for coming over today and helping figure this out...  :259- to Dale  :131-

Thanks, Gary
