Title: WMS BB2: Printer issue and jackpot limits Post by: 4 Deuces on August 17, 2013, 05:47:41 PM Gen2 RS-232 printer: power on, but no comm
Printer hasn't worked since I got it about a month ago. Just got around to troubleshooting it now that I have Lucky Meerkats installed. Got TITO working, but still no communication to printer. I've tried all printers during setup including Netplex Seiko. Also tried removing printer and resetting jumpers to Netplex instead of RS-232. Printer powers on and you can load paper, but machines gives error "printer communication error or not connected". The printer is plugged into the backplane, red molex, marked "printer" on the backplane. Jurisdiction is Las Vegas, but TITO should override that (I think). Any ideas? :103- Also, now that I have Bettor TITO, I constantly hit jackpots over $1200. How can I increase that? Machine won't let me set beyond $1200. Do I need a different jurisdiction chip?
