Title: Pot o gold error Post by: paulmann on September 03, 2013, 10:20:17 PM I am having trouble setting up a pot o gold. It does not have a printer installed at all- I want to be able to hit the ticket button and have it clear off the credits. But when I hit the ticket button, an error comes up - says hand pay. So i go to the error stats screen - touch the block thats flashing to clear that hand pay error, but then when I get back to the game screen, it says ticket printing and the thing is frozen. Now it wont do anything. Is there a way to by pass all this and just be able to clear the credits. on game config screen it is set up as "no printer" and I have tried to switch that to all of the printers available but like I said- it doesnt have one installed at all. Any help would be great.
Title: Re: Pot o gold error Post by: Mirage_Chaser on September 04, 2013, 12:09:47 PM I believe all you need to do is disable the receipt printing for the handpay. It is in terminal setup I believe. Set it to handpay and not receipt. You will still need to clear the handpay every time but it should not lock up.
Another option all together is to put it in demo mode, its free play all the time. Title: Re: Pot o gold error Post by: jpvend24 on December 20, 2013, 07:08:39 AM Paulmann for selecting no printer from the terminal setup u need to have a jumper...what u can do is use a Ethernet cable and plug in one end in the slot next to where the touchscreen is plugged in and the other end of tht cable to the very last slot and select the 2nd to last option on the printer in terminal setup and tht shud work ....let me know if it dont
