Title: system timeout Post by: lencinas on September 19, 2013, 09:40:04 PM I keep getting a system timeout everytime i insert a ticket voucher.igt accepts cash but not tickets. the settings are correct.sas does anyone know what i should look atto fix this problem thanks

Do you work for a casino and you're having trouble with the network the machine is on, or is your machine at home and you're trying to get it to accept tickets?
If it's the latter, know that your machine will not accept tickets natively in a home environment. In recent years some technology has been developed to allow your home machine to accept tickets (such as Bettor TITO and TITO @ Home), but if you do not have one of those devices installed on your machine, it will not accept tickets.
