Title: What is the name of this part? Post by: Big Ed Deline on September 30, 2013, 06:41:47 PM This may sound stupid... but what is the little black thing that holds the light bulb called? This would be the part that twists into the circuit board and basically holds the bulb. I need like 5 of these if they are cheap enough but I cant find anything on ebay to match what I am looking for. I've searched for "IGT light", "Slot machine light", "Slot bulb". Any one know the technical name for this? or does anyone have a few extras of these things they want to part with?
To clarify further this is the part for light bulbs in the bill acceptor and behind the denomination sticker etc... Title: Re: What is the name of this part? Post by: Buzz on September 30, 2013, 08:26:37 PM No Happs is a really good place to find your stuff, but have a MIN order of $25 and a big supprise on the shipping. Seems they like to say half the order shipped from Vegas and the other half from Ill. ( double the supprise shipping cost.)

Post by: slotsteve on January 07, 2014, 12:21:24 PM we did a lot of biz with happ when we were running pinball auctions if order was a 1000 or more we got about 50% off list , but always had stuff missing from order which they would send but charge us shipping on their errors , plus shipping was very high to start , back then they didn't treat the small guy right , nice to see them begging

I had told them it was the shipping and handling charges I was charged the last time I ordered. :279- They didn't seem to be to concerned.

I used to order from Happ Controls a lot and I always spoke to Valerie. She made sure they wouldn't ship until the order was "complete" because I was concerned about the S&H charges from the 1st time I ordered with them. When the order was ready, she would get in touch with me and let me know what the total was. Heck if I know if she still works there because I haven't really needed to order in quite a while but that was the way to go or you'll get nailed! |
