Title: Touch screen problem I-game Post by: Ratspot on October 02, 2013, 08:16:24 PM The touch screen on my igt igame isn't working. It isn't being noticed on boot up. I have replaced the screen and the controller , same problem. What else is there? :37-

Jason Oh yes and I also swapped out the complete 3902 unit and game with the same results. Is it just the touch controller board and touchscreen itself=whole touch system? Title: Re: Touch screen problem I-game Post by: azgamingslots on October 03, 2013, 08:50:21 PM is little red light on touchscreen controller lit up? if so then most likely netplex isn't communicating, i had this problem a while back, the bill validator wasn't communicating with netplex, so netplex shut down,
try pulling out validator, ticket printer etc, and restarting netplex in menu. |
