New Life Games Tech Forums

I have a Kortek 1401 cga - brand new - can't get the vertical size to narrow to proper size - widens okay.  Not the "adjustment panel"  tried another one - same result. Is there another adjustment on the board itself?  Have had 2 new ones in a row with problems - 1st one ran for 2 hours - started whistling (according to customer) then no picture - replaced the control board with the one I am having this problem - works except can't size vertical
