Title: Ever seen them in this color blue? Post by: buzzarama on November 06, 2013, 03:15:10 AM Just picked up 6 GK slants, someone sure put time into painting these things with automotive paint. Thing is, not so sure it is going to hold up as well as the original powder coating.
I have 6 wrinkle black 5 reel slants, I think I am going to trade out doors and such. I don't ever see doing anything with the 5 reels anyway. Post by: rokgpsman on November 06, 2013, 09:58:19 AM Maybe they attempted to get as close as they could to the blue that Gameking uses and this is the way it turned out? If they applied a couple of hardened clearcoats on top it will probably hold up ok for home use.

You can see where the drop team would slam boxes on the top, paint already chipping. No clear coat, just paint. :60-
