Can someone up load a copy of the CEI 23.9 manual? I looked in the download section and there isn't one. What I need are the DIP switch settings. My machine will only accept coins if there are zero credits. Once there are credits, you must play the credits down to zero before the machine will let you put more coins in. Thanks, Jerry |
