 :59- Need some help please I  have a KT-1903 the top 1 inch is blank, the next 1 inch is like the top inch is compressed into it. checked all caps ESR replaced bad ones. still bad

Hi, Lowflight.  I've just joined this forum, and your post is old - you may have fixed it by now, but IF this is a CRT monitor, usually top of pix faults can be traced to small capacitance electrolytics, (rather than large values - the larger ones affect the whole pix...)  OR trouble with the vertical output stage  transistors or chip. You could also check bypass electros on the power supply rail to the vertical output stage.

I ran into the same problem and it turned out to be 3 caps, c301, c503, and c504, they all tested good with a cap tester, but replacing them cured the problem.
