I tried to explain about acceptor & cash can in correct & that tickets are in correct. He never had one before & I think he does not understand. I'm sure it's something simple that if someone was close they could have an easy fix. Either something happened on his way home or he did something he should not have done. We all know how easy it is for something to work it's way loose when transporting lets just hope this guy didn't decide to start tinkering before he called you Ford. Sorta like leaving a candy bowl on the table and telling a kid not to touch it. I'm sure it's something simple since we know it left working good luck and keep us posted.
