Title: Looking for the base chip number for a Munsters single coin game
Post by: Jim on November 25, 2013, 02:43:24 PM
Need a game chip number for a single coin Munsters  I-game  3902 board.

had a multi denom chip in there, game has no printer and is set up for coin (5 cents)  its a 9 line 5 coin (max 45 credits).  after changing the game chip from a multi to a single coin  the machine now takes approx. ten minutes to initialize. Before  with the multi coin game chip it only took 3 minutes to initialize.

I just want to make sure I have the right chip and to ask if this is normal for a game to take up to ten minutes to boot up.  Game comes on, goes through the color sequence, then you get the prompt that the game is initializing and then it goes to the colors again etc. for two more times, then the game will come up and everything is as it should be.

Which single denom version chip are you using? Not sure if Igame works the same as S2000 but I always run a clear after a version chip change just to clear the crap out of memory

Huh, I can only find 180 max credit and 500 max credit ones.
180's
I0000499, I0000716, I0000765, I0000766, I0000858

500's
I0000322, I0000717, I0000763, I0000764, I0000920

Have cleared the game,  still got the same results   10 min boot up time.

Jim

So why are you not using the MD set up, set Accounting Denom to .05, Game Denom to .05 (only) and Default Denom to .05 ????

Same end result a Single Denom Game and you can toggle on credit meter to see how much Cash or Credits you have

Sorry Jim,
I know nothing about IGames, I was on IGT and figured I would try to help, looks like I'm just in the way.

Thanks,
David
