Title: Re: vision top video Post by: cowboygames on November 27, 2013, 11:39:22 PM Which MPU are you running on that machine? Could be a green battery issue if it's a 1270 board. You might look at top box CPU also for failing caps or the main power supply for the same thing

If it's a 500 series board then you don't need to worry about it.If it's a 1270 enhanced board then a dead green battery can cause various issues. Caps can somewhat be checked visually looking for bloating of the tops or signs of overheating like the wrap shrinking back from the top of the cap. They can't be checked for function without removing them and testing. Well, they can be I guess, but the testers for that didn't work very well if I remember correctly
