Title: Bally Wild Rose wont power up Post by: BR549 Auto Sales on December 13, 2013, 05:34:00 PM I have a Double Wild Rose that wont power up, one of the small breakers is tripped. I can push it in but it just pops back out. Could this be a power supply problem?
Thanks, David Title: Re: Bally Wild Rose wont power up Post by: David B Fowler on December 13, 2013, 10:47:06 PM Usually the sign of a short. Depending which breaker is popping will point you in the direction to look. Something as simple as a pinched wire shorting to the cabinet, to a shorted drive transistor or bridge in the power supply. Also could be a bad breaker but not likely.
I work on mostly the older EM Ballys but have repaired a great deal of solid state pins. Hope it helps ... there are a great deal better help out there than I am... but to get the ball rolling check that circuit breaker and what it powers. Start by unplugging everything on that circuit and reset the breaker then try plugging everything in again Hope it helps |
