I just picked up an IGT S2000, but I'm having an issue. When turning on, the bill selector makes noise (as if it's working), then the LED says "Bill Validator Error". Menu 4.3..NetPlex Auto Config. When it's done, you should hear the BV cycle. lose door, and lift and latch the door latch a couple-few times afterwards to clear your stacked errors, and wait 30-40 seconds.
Other than that, I might ask that you tell us all of the stickers on the outside if the BV. Could you have a ID003 validator in an ID024 machine?
