Title: Joker Poker problems Post by: mr robotic on December 23, 2013, 03:04:13 AM I have a Hi-Lo Double-Up Joker Poker that has a hopper and it's not paying out. This problem started when I won more coins than what was in the hopper, a message came up "call attendant", so I panicked and pushed the red reset button on the back of the machine and now it only gives credits and won't pay out coins. I filled up the hopper with over 200 coins but the hopper still won't work. I really need help. I've tried unplugging, pushing the red reset button many times, and nothing is getting the hopper working again. The rest of the game works great, but is only giving credits.

I just needed to push the red reset button in the back twice quickly, and it configures it back to pay out. Push the red reset button once and it goes into credit only mode. This is for a SMS Kramer HI-Lo Double Up Joker Poker , so if anyone else has this problem here is the solution.
