Is there a demand and use for S2000 'R' boards other than exact application to the specific game they were flashed for? IE: are they the same as 044 flash board where they can be flashed to a new program if you have the proper equipment. And if so what are they worth? I might have access to a large amount and may pass if not usable...I have no specific board R numbers before bid.

Coors, from the info that's passed across this forum it sounds like they are NOT reprogrammable though it kinda sounded like some were good for more than one title, but I'm not sure on that aspect

I have heard the too...Some used the SB001000 chip and others a specific Sb chip to the game. Not much info out there on these

If you knew what titles you were getting or if they are dirt cheap then it might be worth considering I suppose. Buying blind is a gamble unless you deal extensively in S2000 machines

Just a box of boards..Not in machines. There are lables on the boards but no reference what they are anywhere. Some R#### and some RB####

I would think you'd be able to get $20+ each just from people who want backups or whatever. Some titles would be worth more and some might never sell at all. There again, depends on what it's gonna cost you up front

They can be backed up and reflashed. The equipment will cost around 1,900 00
