L (Logic Door), S (Stacker Door), V (Bill Validator Door), B (Belly Door), D (Drop Door). "S" Indicates the electronic switch circuit monitoring the Cash Box Door (Stacker) is open. The following causes apply: door not completely closed due to damage or foreign object, disconnected or damaged switch, or disconnected, damaged or incorrect cable connections. Solution: Insert the cash box completely. Check the door, door switch, or switch cable. Replace if necessary. Ensure the door is closed. Title: Re: Bally Alpha M9000 hard Meters Disconnected Post by: harp on January 05, 2014, 01:58:56 PM Drop Door Harness comes off P6 on the Backplane Board, the Drop Door is the switch that mounts inside the Machine Stand and is used mostly with On-Line/Monitoring Systems especially when things are collected or stored inside the stand (think coins if still used)
In most instances you will find that the Drop Door Harness has a Jump Wire Connector installed to simulate Closed The pin out for P6 is attached Harp |
