Another Bally 873 With Issues (Cont.)

If you have not read that thread, you might want to before delving into this one.

The jack pot bell works intermittently or not at all.  I now believe that the problem is in the feature unit
and I say this as if I swap the feature unit with my other 873, the problem goes with the unit to the
other 873 and visa-versa.

Just so you know, both of these machines when working properly ring the bell and light the candle
on 3 bars (all 5 lines), pay 100 coins, on 3 sevens same thing, light the candle and ring the bell and
pay 200 coins on lines 1 - 4 and on line 5 it is attendant pay and the candle and bell does go off.
The 5Th line win is the only one now that will light the candle and ring the bell.

Please note that at one time it was as I stated above but other problems intevened, broken beau plug among others.

What is it in the feature unit that would cause this issue??  It used to work!

To keep things straight, my # 1 873 plays with no issues, my #2 873 (My most recent acquisition), is the one that I am posting about.
