Title: Any special hardware to convert to nudge game like Dbl Dmd Dlx or Haywire? Post by: nipsmg on January 14, 2014, 12:03:15 PM I have a S+ 5x Pay, 3CM single payline machine. (image attached to post-- not my machine, this is from an ebay auction, but is the same machine). As games go, not one of the more fun or exciting ones.
I really love the nudge games like double diamond deluxe , and I love haywire as well. My question is, do I need any special hardware (outside of the reel strips and chips to change the game) to convert to one of those, or should any S+ be able to convert directly? Post by: therockinelvis on January 14, 2014, 12:36:08 PM I know if you had a Double Diamond and wanted it to play like haywire you just change chips to SP1274 and SS4270. Someone will chime in on game type then maybe you won't have to change the while kit.

Post by: rickhunter on January 14, 2014, 03:53:22 PM Nothing more than glass/strips/chips needed for those changes. If you are just going to a nudge game, you only need the Reel prom (SS Chip) if you are going to a haywire type, you need to change both SP and SS chips.
