To disable the printer you will need a key chip. The key chip menu for the printer is 7.2.2. Do a search on 'how to key a machine', it gets a little complicated understanding how to use the panel buttons to navigate through the menus. Do not use a clear chip (or you will lose all the machine settings) just a key chip and go to 7.2.2 from there you can enable or disable the printer.
