Title: aussie universal 3 reel problem
Post by: Dextercy on February 04, 2014, 03:41:18 AM
hi i have a aussie universal pacific, 3 reel, line pay 3 slot machine with a 8116 A2 board, serial No PP5814 model L0028
the issue im having is it some times comes up with error code 11, other times it will just flash on an off in the credit meter, i have removed the line filter still no difference checked voltage from power supply and most of them a low, voltage readings are
1  4.94V
2  21v
3  109v
4  11.71v
5  21v
6  0.02v
8  4v
9  109v
11   31
12  110

# 6 was with the earth on #10 not to sure if that is right or not
the things that its doing are not consistant, different lights come on and off solnoids keep kilckin on and off and the coin counters will randomly tik over
i have changed the battery aswell as it had no voltage and leaked

if it is the power supply is there any way of repairing it?

Try #6 to #12 for 110vac.
#2 and #5 seem a bit low.
I'm really no good at power supply rebuilding.

What I am curious about is I thought Pacific machines used the 8600 board and not the 8116??? I could be wrong, not really sure.
