Opening the box was like Indiana Jones lifting the lost Ark of the covenant out of the crate.  There was fire and bright light.  I almost didn't want to touch it for fear I would catch on fire.  For me, the ultimate rare piece of glass has been found.  I wish I could install my matched reel glass for the ultimate in completeness, but alas, it remains in it's tomb because of my long glass configuration.

I'm still in awe and cannot believe that the 3CM round top glass has been found!  The quest is complete!

Ah, come on....
install the short reel glass.
You know it will only take you about 3 hours to move the printer to the door, install the other reel shelf, change over the display and install a new 3 coin decal on the short glass.

What I was thinking also.  He may need to keep it that way for other games as I heard only a few machines to play with there?.  The needs of the many may out weigh the few? 

Also,  I do not get into this much,, But on these themes I do.  A shame Igt did not make a creature in s-2k reel format.  Would have been a great hit.  Could just imagine the sounds on that one!.  Perhaps the ninja-man can make some?.  Would be neat.  --Just a thought.  I like my 2c mummy all the same and it stays!.

Agreed.  Can you imagine if IGT would have implemented all of the Universal Monsters?  A bank of machines representing all of them...what a trip!!!

No, you just need to install it on one that has the candle on the bottom and the handle on the left.  :103- :200-

I hear ya Rob...to each their own.  I'm just a 3CM guy, and this was the last of my kits to convert over to 3CM.  'Tis now complete.  Been looking for IDOJ and Mummy 3CM round top glass for 2 years now, and wouldn't you know it, they both surface within a week of each other.  The odds...

If it were mine, I'd pick up another S2K already with a short glass setup. That way I could keep it up permanently, since its the only short glass kit you own, but that me..

Hey Lenny,

I have only 1 S2000 and 1 I-Game.  I just swap kits in and out of them.  I think the kit count now between the 2 is well over 20.  :)

That's the way to do it.  My problem is I keep buying machines.   do you still have the mame cabinet? 
I'm trying to clear some stuff out and just went thru a bunch of Jamma boards.  Not sure if ill sell them or keep them.  I found a bunch I forgot I had like NBA Jams, Final Blow, 10yard fight, TNMT, WWF Wrestlefest.  some good stuff.

Nothing wrong with buying games if you have the room for them.  :)  Yeah, I still have the MAME cabinet.  In fact, over Christmas, I installed a spinner on the control deck so that I can correctly play games like Tempest, Arkanoid, etc.  Rebuilt the trackball too with new bearings and rollers.  Centipede and Crystal Castles play like a dream now!
