Title: Olympic video games pokie Post by: mitchellsmith12 on February 05, 2014, 04:37:01 AM Iv been given an olympic pokie machine (leopard spots)
It was made in 96 and was used in NSW Australia. When it loads up it says "version 40" and takes 1 dollar coins and notes.hopefully this helps with a model?? It used to load the game and would come up with a "logic seal error" I couldn't clear it and no buttons did anything. I did a ram clear and now it loads up to a screen that says"select a button pannel" I can't seem to navigate through this screen none of the buttons do anything. Iv noticed the 3.6v battery on the printed circuit board is dead flat reading 0v Could this be the cause? Iv heard you need special clear chips to remove corrupt data from the EPROMs etc or something ??? If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated! Its got a issue on the main board not communicating to I/O board on door. I could never fix this issue and gave up ended up just gutting for parts and throwing in bin just not worth my time Best off selling it as is or you could try finding a replacement M/B but would be hard to come across a good one now |
