So by first slot are you saying: J6 is first which would take PXLF3 2 of 4 J7 is second which would take PXLF4 3 of 4 J8 is third which would take PXLF5 4 of 4 Thanks, Jason Title: Re: PXL SIMM order... You made this statement "Looks like mixed 8/16 Meg SIMM games the order matters." Nope it doesn't make any difference. At least it didn't make any difference in what I think is Game King 5.0 ( base chip M0001050 and has Cleo Keno ) Installed PXL4 8 Meg in socket J6 and PXL3 16 MEG on socket J7, cleared/keyed and the machine boots up, plays and looks the same as it did before I switched the PXL simms around. Now I'm not foolish enough to say that this will be 100% accurate on every game, I don't have every game so I don't know. |
