Title: Having trouble getting a hold of Ceronix Post by: SilverFerret on February 12, 2014, 05:39:11 PM I've posted some threads in the Game Maker section about weird pixelation on my (less than 6 months old) Ceronix LCD monitor. I checked and cleaned what connections I could with my limited knowledge but no change. Funny thing is, that the monitor looks fine when just turning on the machine and in less than a minute, it goes screwy. Another strange thing is when I close the lid (Bartop machine) it sometimes clears the issue for a few seconds again, then goes screwy once more. Someone in that thread mentioned calling Ceronix about it as it may be a monitor issue. I've been trying to get ahold of someone there for a week and have left two messages with no return call.
Meanwhile, I switched back to the old CRT monitor and it's working fine. I even plugged the new LCD in after seeing the CRT work fine and it goes screwy on me. I'm pretty convinced at this point it is a monitor issue but still can't get ahold of anyone to talk about it. Anyone know if something is going on over there?
