Title: Neon Nights
Post by: Jimise on February 24, 2014, 02:10:42 AM
I was setting up this game and noticed the different games in the Game Selection.
It seems the default games are neon nights slots, bonus poker, and 4 card keno.
Has anyone played with the game selection and been able to change to the other games? (regular keno, joker poker, etc)
I cant seem change them.  I was wondering why the other games were in the menu?
Just curious......

If you have a keychip you should be able to change them.

Was the game also setup with a key 22?

I ask because of the following example:

The Munsters I-game was originally intended to be cleared and keyed with a key 17 chip.  If I use that chip to set it up, I can go back in later and make changes using that same key.

If I use a newer 40 key chip to clear and setup the game, no problem.  However if I want to go back in later and make changes, my 40 doesn't work.  If I intend to clear and setup with the intentions of making changes later requiring the keychip, I should use my 17 chip.  If I set it up and never need to go back in, a 40 or a 17 will work.

I wonder if you might be running into the same scenario.

Got a 40 on hand for what it's worth?

Did you clear the credits first?

Yes the machine was cleared and keyed with a 22.
set up is no problem. (denom, max bet, limits, etc. No credits on the machine.
when I disable lets say 4 card keno, and enable just regular keno, then exit out, go back in and look.
the settings are back the way they were before.
I do not have a key 40, but I do have a 17 I could try.
I will mess with it some more  :96-
Thanks!
