Title: 40x Game Eproms Post by: jdkmunch on May 06, 2009, 10:58:33 PM Does anyone know what eprom chips I need to backup a 40x dotmation game? I have 6 chips for an X-Factor game that have nice neat labels and I don't want to peel them off to find out. I'm going to place an order with epromman tonight.

XU3 4MB I believe. (Should be 4MB, although almost 3/4 of the chip isn't used.) 4MB for everything else (sound and dot) You should be able to put the original XU3 in your reader to make certain of its size.
