Super Auctions has regular auctions in many parts of the USA - http://www.superauctions.com I also keep an eye out on http://www.craigslist.org This website has boards for many different cities in the USA and around the world. Thrift stores are another place to go. If you make friends with the folks there they can also keep an eye out for games, whether it's an old school console like a Colecovision or a full size stand up game like my Atari Kangaroo. Check Yahoo! Yellow Pages for Goodwill, Salvation Army, and others in your area. http://yp.yahoo.com Of course there's the good old standby - eBay. I'm sure you know the URL by heart. TD Rowe in El Paso changes their redemption games out often. I picked up a WMI and a RNB for $200 each, put them in a location made $400 each in a month, then turned around and sold them for $800 each. I also have connections with Dave and Busters and certain other consultants that also act as distributers. I lso do work for a route operator that has several old games and PCbs. I've bought a few arcades from Ebay. Most of mine come from word of mouth now. Everyone seems to know someone who has an old pin or vid in their basement that hasn't worked for years. There is also a repo auction in town that occasionally has a deal on vids. I've got a few off RGVAC and KLOV. I put an add in the local penny saver (Wanted used video games, pinball machines,Slot machines.) Will pick up!! It's worked out ok but have had some crazy calls.....LOL Search this sight for Namco, I posted a link to their web site which includes a search engine for the used games that they are selling. Many are still on location, so you may have to drag them out of a mall. You can get some deals for as little as $195.00 depending on your area. Post by: srarcade on August 28, 2012, 12:01:03 AM I get this question quite a bit as well. When I first started collecting, my only options were SuperAuctions and the local CraigsList ads. After a few years, I started building relationships with other members in the collecting community. People know people and the next thing you know, you're getting great offers directly from operators and other industry folks. Probably one of the most important relationships I made was with the owner of a scrap business. This guy was plugged into everything. Eventually it led to an operator who "paid" to have games disposed of. Before I knew it, we were 40 games deep in a warehouse of anything we wanted, being paid to haul it away. Pick what we wanted, sell off or scrap the rest. Completely self perpetuating at this point! These days, it seems I can locate a game or part I want with just a few phone calls or emails. So make sure to get out and communicate and make lots of friends, and the games will find their way to you!
