Want a little fun tip for "Hot Shot" from Bally's website?

When you're playing, click on the little yellow right-pointing arrow on the screen just to the left of the progressive meters (where it says "Bet Max to Win Progressives").

Okay guys, how do you play these programs?

I downloaded them and installed them. They want to play "online" only and require a password. The program indicates that I should go to masque.com to get a password for online play, and the masque site states:

I've been to those sites and cannot find a way to use the downloaded games. I've also found it difficult to successfully enter one of their "rooms" to play any of their online stuff. I usually get a message that the "slot lounge" is "temporarily unavailable", and yes, I enable java (temporarily) when I try to use their site.

Any suggestions?  :99-

Masque did away with the online games but the moved them elsewhere.. let me see if I can find them

I think you can play as a guest.. they don't have many machines on there anymore.. a handfull of bally reel slots about it

woops.. ignore those last 2 messages. Masque had 2 versions of online games.. the ones like playboy, greenstamps, etc and one that had a bunch of bally 3 reelers.. evidently they've done away with both of them.

I figured out the problem. It was a firewall issue. My bad. :125-

I did find the login page on the Bally site where an account can be created: http://ballytech.com/PlayforFree.aspx

Once one creates an account, the web page doesn't need to be open to play, as long as one has installed the downloaded game interface. However, the program needs to connect to Masque via two ports using TCP in order to work properly (9578, and 32769). :25- (The IP is 64.207.32.8) If either of those target ports are blocked then the program won't establish a connection to the server. One can play through the web browser in IE by choosing to run the download program from the server instead of saving it, but it still has to go through a complete download (to the temp folder) and installation, so it's just as easy to save it, install it once and be done with it. Firefox won't allow the download program to be run from the server, so there's no choice in that case.

LOL! Too bad we can't use the cheat in a real casino.
