Hi Jay...thanks for noticing....I am as much a poker fan as I am a slot nut..  :5-

Interesting story behind that table.  It was custom hand made for some guy down in Dallas who made a 50% deposit on it.  If they used more than a hammer, chisel, hand planer, and glue to build it I would be very surprised...lol.  You can see and feel the natural imperfections in the wood which I really love myself.  It was made from plantation mahogany and birds eye maple throughout.  It has these beautifully concealed drawers that fold out into cup holders and drawers.  There are no nails or screws in it anywhere.  All joinery is either dove tail or mortise and tendons....even the legs to the table structure.

Any way, a year later when the table was done the person that made the deposit on it bailed....who knows why...maybe his oil well dried up.  The wholesaler that made the original order for him and had it shipped from the Philipines was desperate to pass it on and so ended up my lucky day as I picked it up for 75% off the retail on it.  Some pics for you below.

Your entire game room looks really nice.

I have done a similar hard wood floor and have a pool table but that poker table and the inlaid stone column looks really classy.

Thanks for sharing.

I too love that table. But I also love the Cleo, how much would shipping to the UK be if I won the auction?

That table is gorgeous Jim!  :131- :131-
And I agree with Tbone and Jay: I would love to see pictures of the rest of the room.

Hey, at least theDotster got the thread back on track and expressed interest in the kit. :5-

Stat, well Cleo is now sold....so change of subject does not matter any more ...  :72-  I received an offer I could not refuse last night and ended the auction.

I am actually in the business of designing game rooms, amoung other things, during my "day" job.  Easiest way to show you some more pics of my game room, along with some other homes is to give you a link to my web site.  I will be adding pictures of more game rooms in the future, but there is a nice billards room and a home theater that I designed for a couple of people that you can see.

Once there click on the "Party Time" and the "Design" tabs and there are some pics there you can see.    :71- Thanks for the lead in Stat...this helps me to introduce my new web site...  :103- now if I can just get Joey to put it up there on top somewhere.

PS ~ Thanks for the nice comments everyone else...I can't wait to show to my wife who is constantly telling me "get to work...your always goofing off with fun and games stuff"  :97-

Nice Website and machines Jim!! :131-

I like the slogan..."Where every bettor knows where to shop for a better slot machine"...

That reminds of my buddy who had just started himself a small water well drilling business....

I went to go meet him in a bar for a beer after work one day -  to congratulate him on his new venture, right?...

He's in there at the bar talking to some cute girl with long blond hair and pretty as anything!

He has a slogan imprinted on the front of his hat that said......."Your Hole Is Our Goal".... :72-

You know what happened?...  lol ... Years later I see him again...he married her!  :97-

Looks awesome Jim!!  I like the natural light that shines down on the stones.  Then at night all the light and glitz from the slots!  Very very cool.  I should send you the detentions of my basement.  Maybe you could help me fit in another slot or 3.

LOL...Jonathan...I mentioned to you once that your useless billards table is taking up way too much room.  Let's sell that for scrap and make room for 8 more machines.   :96-

lol Believe me I've thought about it more than once!!!

Your pictures as well as some other game room pics here have inspired me to do a bit of configuration.   I have a 4 foot wide hallway that is 25 feet long leading into the pool room.

You think I could fit a few slots along that wall?   :79-

Hey Jim congrats on the site too!  Looks like you blew out 6 or 7 slots already!  I hope they aren't coming from that great room though!!

Well...most everything in that room is for sale...it is as much my game room as it is a sales area.

What's on the other side of the wall of your hallway?  Is this a basement area?  4 feet is really not enough space...at a minimum I like 70 inches which is barely enough room for someone to be in front of a machine and allow another to pass by behind comfortably.  We will have to check your local fire code as well... :97-...kidding.

PM me a sketch of your area with dimensions if you want some help.
