Title: SEcur 1 error Post by: Randy0777 on June 28, 2009, 02:48:52 AM I picked up a spare PCBA board and when I installed it I'm getting Secur 1 error :103- . Pressed the diagnostic button and it would go away for a sec,than back again. Tried doing another clear(which shows normal) and same error again? Any thoughts :99-

this should be empty. if it's not, there's a 24c01 chip in the socket. remove it. then the board should boot without this error. Title: Re: SEcur 1 error Post by: Randy0777 on June 28, 2009, 10:16:31 AM Checked my other boards for a difference and the only thing I see is the 8 pin socket at U26 looks just like XU27,empty<<<< the one that does not work........ But on my other boards XU27 is empty and U26 has a chip soldered on to the board :103- .
