Title: igt s+ 21 errors Post by: FOXSSLOTS1 on June 28, 2009, 08:16:49 PM Getting random 21 errors - while machine on and not played - during reel spin - etc. Open and closing the door clears but 21 comes back after awhile. Cleaned the door optics - would bv door switch cause this? I have swapped out boards, reader optic etc so it is in the cabinet.

Title: Re: igt s+ 21 errors Post by: Jim on June 29, 2009, 02:07:12 PM Barry swap out the entire coin in assembly, with one from a know good machine. and see if the problem goes away. if it doesn't then your problem lies elsewhere. It could be the comparitor or the comparitor to optic harness, or the plug ( a pin pushed back inside the connector etc.)
